Our Method

Preparing for the world of work can be an uphill struggle. Our job is simply to get you to 'the point of enfusion', where you are enthusiastic about your life and career opportunities

We specialise in three critical elements (Tom Model) to help to turn a young persons enthusiasm into their dream career. Tools, opportunities and on going support through mentors and our alumni community.

Enfused Mind

They say your attitude is everything! Skills and qualifications can be learned but attitude is harder to change. Therefore, enfuse youth makes sure that every young person who engages with us puts on their 'T.O.M hat'. Think of it as a powerful mindset to enable you to build a strong foundation for your future. Story so far

In two years we have enfused 7,000 young people, with over 50 organisations, governments, corportate sectors, SME's and educational institutions in 4 countries.

  • 98% of our alumni believe they have developed their enterprise abilities and attitudes towards life and career.
  • 98% say that their confidence in themselves has increased as a result of our programmes.
  • We have won numerous awards across the country for our approach to tackling aspiration and youth unemployment.
  • Over £100k worth of economic value has been created through assisting our alumnus into employment & self employment.
